Hi! I'm Alicia, and I'm so glad you're here!

Having my own coach has been a lifeline for me and I can't imagine what my life would look like without it. That's not true. I remember how I felt before I found coaching and it wasn't pretty.

Having a coach has helped me to see my life with fresh eyes, take ownership of my experience, get results that eluded me for years, and enjoy my life and relationships again!

Here is what I believe...

JOY

We are created to be JOYful! No matter our life experiences or circumstances, we can access joy right now. We don't do it alone. It's the best news ever.

PEACE

Deep, inner peace is always available to us. It takes work and practice to learn how to access it. But it's always right there, ready.

FREEDOM

The moment we believe that we have the power to change, we are free to create the life we want. Personal growth is the only work to be done. You are the common denominator in every area of your life. Work to grow, and your life will grow with you.

RESPONSIBLITY

We are responsible for our results. What our life looks like is 100% our responsibility. We have to be willing to own it. Blaming other people, or our circumstances, or waiting for things to change only brings frustration. Once we own it, we have the power to change it if we want to.

PRIORITY

The most important relationship is with yourself. This may feel selfish. It's not. The relationship with self is where all other relationships grow from. Loving others starts with loving yourself. Giving to others starts with giving to yourself. Nurturing a relationship with yourself is the very best way to spend a little time every day.

CO-CREATION

We don't go at it alone. We use our agency to invite God to co-create with us. Whatever you call your higher power, we access that power to help us become who we were created to be.

A little bit about me.

FAITH

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My faith has been my lifeline, and the church has housed all the things I hold sacred. I wrestle at times with different questions, but I stay because of my personal relationship with Christ.

FAMILY

I am a wife to James and mother to 5 amazing children. I'm currently in the young adult/teen phase of mothering and it is the greatest challenge and joy of my life!

FUN

Honestly, having "fun" doesn't come naturally to me. I'm more the deep-thinker, serious type. But I'm learning that fun = joy. And I feel so much joy from being in nature, connecting with my people, stimulating my mind, and coaching.
