What topics do you cover in coaching sessions?

No topic is off-limits! Topics that many clients want help with include:

Why do you only offer 12 week coaching bundles?

My initial coaching package is 12 weeks. My goal is to help you change the way you see, say, and feel. This doesn't happen overnight. Over the course of meeting weekly for 12 weeks, you begin to understand the principles and can apply them without as much guidance from me. 

Once you have completed a 12-week cycle, one-off sessions are available as needed.


How can I justify the time and expense of coaching?

I get it! Life is so busy, and our money is already designated for the things we value the most.

But why would you not spend time and money improving yourself? Mental and emotional health is vital to living a balanced and fulfilling life. If your body was sick, would you avoid the doctor because you didn't have time or money? NO! You would do what was necessary so you could continue functioning in your life.

Sure, you can listen to a podcast or read a book - there is so much great information available and those activities can be really helpful. But there is no replacement for a coach who is focused on helping you to work through your unique situations and can provide accountability and follow-up to further your progress.

I promise you will never regret the time and money you spend on coaching! YOU are your very best investment!

What can I expect on the first call?

On this initial call, we will jump right into coaching, you decide what you want help with and we get right to it. You'll start talking about whatever you want help with, I'll listen and take a few notes. Then together we will start exploring your story about the situation. I'll guide you to get clarity on what your emotions are really telling you and we'll play with some alternate stories that will bring better results. You're in the driver's seat, I'm just a guide :)

At the end, I'll tell you how you can work with me again and give you all the details to make a decision. No pressure.
